Operational improvement and value creation
- Led 10+ operational improvement and value-creation programmes across refining, chemicals, and metals and mining, identifying and deploying non-capex operational levers across capacity utilisation, energy, maintenance, and de-manning, achieving 2-12% EBITDA uplift with payback inside one to two years
- Built investment-committee business cases for OT and digital deployment, with structured value tracking and post-implementation performance measurement supporting performance-based contracting
Enterprise business development
- Lead enterprise sales for Honeywell's operational technology software portfolio, building board-sponsored digital transformation programmes aligned to customer business strategy
- Shape transformational programmes spanning autonomous operations, industrial AI assistants, advanced process control, DCS modernisation, predictive maintenance, and digital twins, including new product development to support them
Strategy and corporate development
- Own commercial strategy within the annual Strategic Action Plan: competitive analysis and counter-strategy, whitespace identification through macro-micro analysis, and go-to-market design for new verticals, including identifying and launching entry into the semiconductor market
- Led the commercial due diligence workstream for an acquisition target in the reliability technology space, covering competitive landscape, strategic fit, independent valuation, and synergy case
